At Beher USA, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our premium Iberian products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we offer returns or replacements exclusively for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- 2.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to verify the defect and ensure it meets our safety and return criteria.
- 3.Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back or disposed of.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once the claim is finalized, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
